Ages: Must be 21+ to Rent, 18+ to operate without a parent & have valid Drivers License
Gas: Your slingshot will come delivered with a full tank of gas, its your responsibility to return it full of gas or there will be a refill fee (Premium Gas)
Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your scheduled reservation for an important safety briefing and operator instructions.
Pickup Location: Morrisville Park; 1520 Morrisville Pkwy, Morrisville NC 27560 or Dropoff/Pickup Service for an additional charge

- Our utmost priority is your safety.
- Each rental package includes a Polaris Slingshot and helmets for both the driver and passenger.
- A refundable security deposit of $500 is mandatory upon rental initiation.
- Engaging in burnouts, donuts, or speeding is strictly prohibited. Any proof or indication of such activities will incur a $500 fee. We meticulously inspect tire treads, and if any signs of these actions are found, you will be billed for a replacement tire.
- Renters must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
- Passengers must be a minimum of 18 years old.
- It is advisable for renters to have some prior experience driving a manual transmission.
- Renters must commit to adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- The Slingshot must be returned in the same condition it was rented; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
- Smoking or vaping inside the Slingshot is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not permitted inside the Slingshot.
- Off-road or dirt road usage is strictly prohibited for the Slingshot.
- Any damages or theft will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Renters are accountable for any tolls, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
